Please join us for the High Tea Society-Girls Connected Inaugural Civili-Tea Citywide Creative Expression Contest reception and award presentation Friday June 13, 2014, 6:30-8:30 PM at the Pepco Edison Place Gallery,701 Ninth Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20068. At this event award-winning entries will be displayed and the winners announced. This event is in collaboration with PEPCO,DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaboration, METRO and the Council of Churches of Greater Washington. This opportunity for youth in the District of Columbia Public Schools(grades 5-10) to share their Civili-Tea Creative Expressions will be a life changing experience, and one you do not want to miss.(The event is free and open to the public)
